Uniform Shopping This Season

First and foremost, happy summer! We hope that you're all enjoying some well-deserved time off, and that many of you are gearing up for the long-awaited return to a fully in-person academic year.  We're writing today to share a brief update on the state of our business this back-to-school season and to ask for your help in communicating to your school families the importance of shopping for their uniforms as soon as possible this summer.

Like so many other retail businesses across the United States, FlynnO’Hara Uniforms is heading into peak season under-staffed.  Although we have an incredible team of year-round retail, operations, and corporate employees who will carry us through the back-to-school season ahead, we have not been spared the impacts of the national labor shortage which has made it incredibly difficult to attract the volume of seasonal talent we typically require at this time of year.

As a result, we have already begun to experience delivery delays on web orders which are presently processing in 10-14 business days. We anticipate that these lead times, along with wait times in our stores, will continue to grow as we approach the start of the school year. 

With that in mind, we'd appreciate your help in communicating to your school families the importance of ordering their uniforms as soon as possible.  Please consider sharing the below flyer with your school community to ensure they’ll have everything they need by the first day of school: Download the Flyer.
